For Medical Practitioners

PTSD has often made medical care a trauma for me.  I am a challenging patient, triggered by many things and sometimes unintentionally traumatised by the very people who are trying to care for me.  Some medical things have worked for both myself and medical practitioners, others just haven’t, and some would work really well with a tweak here and there.  Here’s some of my experiences and ideas.
